I seem to have turned into a bit of a bread maker of late. While in truth it is not ‘French Bread’ whatever that may be, I live in France and make bread so ergo it must be ‘French Bread’. Today we are having a vegetable curry for lunch so I decided to make an Indian inspired bread. I added crushed cumin and coriander seeds, plus a pinch of cayenne pepper to the flour mix, to add a bit of bite and basted the loaf a couple of times with olive oil to give the crust a Chapati taste. It worked out well, now all that is left is to do is dip the bread into the curry. Delicious.
